Susan Keller and Judy Zetzman - your trusted caretakers.

Susan Keller - I started in property management in Atlanta, Georgia in 1976 when I purchased my first home, a duplex. Within a couple of years, I purchased a new home and another rental property. Property remodeling and renovation became the next adventure. While in Atlanta, I was a Regional Sales Manager for a flooring distributor, with distribution in four southern states.

I moved to Denver in 1989, again working as a Sales Manager for a flooring distributor. While in Steamboat Springs on business, I met my husband to be. We started our marriage by building a log home in the Elk River Valley south of Clark. As part of my new relocation to Steamboat, I began working for the Sheraton as the National Sales Manager. It was during this period that I met Judy (my partner), who was working for the Steamboat Springs Chamber. Judy and I would make joint sales calls in Washington D.C., Chicago, and Denver.

In 1995, I transferred my rental properties from Atlanta to Denver and Grand Junction, and once again renovated both houses. After working for the Steamboat Springs Sheraton for seven years, I chose to work closer to home and took the position of bookkeeper for The Home Ranch. Working at The Home Ranch allowed me the opportunity to update my accounting skills. The culmination of my background and experiences, and the great relationship I have with Judy, were the key ingredients that led to “At Home in Steamboat Springs”.
